Prior to version 2.2.0, when using the non-default "fallback" crypto back-end, ECC operations in `node-jose` can trigger a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition, due to a possible infinite loop in an internal calculation. Node-jose is a JavaScript implementation of the JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) for web browsers and node.js-based servers. Jenkins JUnit Plugin 1166.va_436e268e972 and earlier does not escape test case class names in JavaScript expressions, resulting in a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exploitable by attackers able to control test case class names in the JUnit resources processed by the plugin.
